The Community Manager Platform is a job marketplace where users can search and apply for opportunities, manage their profiles and interact with community-related services. Originally designed exclusively for desktop users, the platform was experiencing a significant mismatch between its design assumptions and actual user behavior as most users were accessing the platform through mobile devices.
I led the redesign of the mobile experience, transforming a desktop-centric platform into a responsive and mobile-friendly product that better aligned with user needs and usage patterns.
