A Quality Control tool used for reviewing and assessing raters’ tasks. I was responsible for redesigning the tool aiming to enhance its usability and overall user experience.

From my user research, I identified the most common paint points and proposed a new UI. Final design was validated through user testing with clickable prototypes.

02 Community Management

A community platform where users can view and apply for different jobs, manage their profile and more. This large platform had been built originally for desktop view only. My task was to adapt the existing content to mobile views using grid layouts and responsive design principles.

The new design ensured an intuitive, seamless, and adaptable user experience across various devices.

03 Seibun UI

A comprehensive UI library built from scratch. It provides a set of components, compiled and delivered in the form of a Design System that can be used to implement user experiences consistent with TELUS Digital design language.

I contributed to this library by creating several UI components and writing usage guidelines.

A microservice that enabled sourcing teams to simplify their process when identifying suitable candidates for specific jobs.

This solution is based on questionnaires, templates and pipelines, allowing teams to streamline workflows, tailor evaluations to specific roles, and ensure a consistent and effective approach to sourcing top talent.
