A microservice that enabled sourcing teams to become more efficient by simplifying their process when identifying suitable candidates for specific jobs. This solution is based on questionnaires, templates and pipelines, allowing teams to streamline workflows, tailor evaluations to specific roles, and ensure a consistent and effective approach to sourcing top talent.
Community Management: Responsiveness
Mobile view screens for external users of the platform, applying grid layouts and responsive design principles to ensure an intuitive, seamless, and adaptable user experience across various devices.
Solar Bros
A WordPress site for a start-up focused on solar energy services and products, creating a user-friendly platform to showcase their offerings and engage potential customers in the renewable energy space.
About me
I’ve always had a genuine curiosity about user behavior and what drives people to engage with certain products or services. After graduating, I began my career as a web designer, focusing primarily on creating visually appealing websites. However, I often found myself wondering why users interacted with certain features or designs and what made some experiences more engaging than others.
This curiosity led me to explore the field of user experience design. I wanted to go beyond aesthetics and dive into understanding user needs, motivations, and behaviors. That journey has shaped my career, and today, as a UX designer, I’m passionate about creating designs that are not only functional and visually pleasing but also deeply intuitive and meaningful to the users they serve.
In my last role, I led the design team, managing tasks, driving new initiatives, and mentoring fellow designers to foster growth and innovation. I’m passionate about building user-centered solutions that balance functionality with great design.
